Confronting vision has been released showing pedestrians risking their lives on the state’s roads.
Minister for Transport and Roads Andrew Constance said the unnecessary risk taking is having fatal consequences.
“We are seeing a worrying increase in zombie-like behaviour from pedestrians and it needs to end now before more lives are lost,” Mr Constance said.
