It is with disappointment that we advise you that the BusNSW Conference scheduled for 16 and 17 July, 2020 at the Hyatt Regency Sydney has been postponed.
The likely continuation of COVID-19 restrictions on gathering and movement, and our concern about the well-being of members, make the delivery of a safe and valuable event impossible for the foreseeable future.
Please note the following with regard to accommodation bookings:
- For members who booked accommodation via the BusNSW link, the Hyatt Regency Sydney will cancel the rooms automatically without penalty – in the unlikely event that a member still wishes to stay at the Hyatt Regency Sydney on the nights booked, a new reservation will need to be made (please note conference rates will no longer apply).
- For members who may have booked accommodation directly with the hotel or using other online booking platforms (such as bookings.com or luxury escapes), you will need to cancel accommodation with the hotel or via the respective online booking platform used.
