Purchases made via Bus Signs + will appear on your bank statement as “BUS AND COACH CO- OPERATIVE SOCIETY”

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, goods must be in their original condition and must also be in the original packaging.

Please contact BusNSW on 02 8839 9500 to arrange a return.

If a return is approved goods should be sent to the following address:

BusNSW 27 Villiers Street North Parramatta NSW Australia 2151.

Please note that relevant delivery charges will be incurred for the cost involved in returning goods, except in the case of faulty, defective or damaged goods or if incorrect goods are received due to a BusNSW error.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, BusNSW will notify the customer that we have received the return. A credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Goods that are not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to a BusNSW error will not be exchanged or refunded.

Exchanges

BusNSW will replace goods if they are defective or damaged.

Exchanges made due to incorrect choice or change of mind will be also accepted if goods are unused and in their original condition and packaging (relevant delivery charges apply).

Sale goods

Only regular priced goods may be refunded, unfortunately sale goods cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Pick Up

Orders may be collected from BusNSW, 27 Villiers Street North Parramatta NSW 2151. The customer must select delivery or pick up at the time of placing your order. If pick up is not selected the customer will be charged the relevant delivery costs and goods will be sent.

Delivery

All orders are shipped by Australia Post and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to pay delivery cost’s when returning goods. BusNSW highly recommends that using a traceable delivery method for all returns as BusNSW will not liable for any losses or damages to goods during this delivery.

In the event that a customer receives an in correct order, or if goods are defective or damaged the customer will not be charged a delivery cost to re-send the goods. BusNSW will provide complimentary standard delivery within Australia when re-posting the exchanged goods.
